1、 Basic information of the exhibition

Exhibition Name: The 10th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo 2026

Exhibition Time: August 21-23, 2026 (3 days in total, 9:00-17:00 daily, exhibitors are advised to enter 30 minutes in advance to prepare for reception)

Exhibition Location: Zone B, China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall (Canton Fair Exhibition Hall), Guangzhou (Specific exhibition hall number, booth coordinates, and entry route will be synchronized to the "Exhibitor Handbook" after the booth is confirmed)

Exhibition scale: With an exhibition area of 50000 square meters, it gathers over 1000 high-quality exhibitors in the elderly care and health industry, and is expected to attract more than 100000 professional visitors, covering precise audiences such as elderly care institution leaders, industry distributors, investors and entrepreneurs, representatives of relevant government departments, elderly groups and their families. Standard booth configuration: including company name fascia board (clearly displaying brand logo to enhance exposure), 1 negotiation table, 2 seats (meeting customer reception needs), 2 spotlights (ensuring exhibition display effect), 1 5A/220V power socket, and full carpet, fully covering the basic exhibition needs of the enterprise, without additional investment in basic construction costs.

Light booth (minimum order of 36 square meters): 1280 yuan/square meter (flexible customization, suitable for enterprises with distinctive construction and large-scale display needs, can independently design booth image, showcase brand strength and characteristics, and enhance brand recognition)

Remarks for bare space booth: Excluding any basic configuration, exhibitors are required to complete the booth design, construction, and layout on their own; The construction plan needs to be submitted to the organizing committee for review 7 working days in advance to ensure compliance with exhibition safety regulations, exhibition hall management requirements, and fire safety standards. Only after passing the review can the construction enter the venue to avoid affecting the exhibition schedule due to construction issues.

The specific scope of participation is as follows:

4、 Exhibition Process

Consultation booth: Contact the organizing committee Mr. Chen for detailed information on booth location, area, price, and related preferential policies. Based on the exhibition needs and budget planning of the enterprise in the South China market, confirm preliminary cooperation intentions and intended booth areas, and obtain exclusive exhibition suggestions.

Submission of materials: Exhibitors are required to truthfully provide a copy of their business license and relevant product qualification certificates (for medical and food products, additional corresponding license certificates are required to ensure complete and authentic qualifications), carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form", and submit it to the organizing committee for review in a timely manner.

Contract signing: The organizing committee will complete the data review within 1-2 working days. After the review is correct, both parties will sign a formal "Exhibition Agreement", which clarifies the booth information, fee amount, payment method, rights and obligations of both parties, and breach of contract responsibilities, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both parties and avoiding subsequent disputes.

Payment of fees: Exhibitors are required to pay the booth fees in full according to the agreed time and amount in the "Exhibition Agreement" (supporting convenient methods such as corporate transfer and online payment). Failure to pay on time will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the intended booth, and the organizing committee has the right to reallocate. The deposit already paid will not be refunded.

Booth Confirmation: After receiving the booth fee, the organizing committee will issue the "Booth Confirmation Letter" and "Exhibitor Handbook" as soon as possible. The handbook provides detailed information on pre exhibition preparation, exhibition process, safety instructions, exhibition hall instructions, logistics coordination, and other details to assist enterprises in efficiently preparing for exhibitions.

Preparation before the exhibition: Participating companies shall promptly handle exhibitor credentials, prepare exhibits and promotional materials (flyers, exhibition stands, samples, brand posters, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of the "Exhibitor Handbook"; Guangdi booth enterprises need to synchronize with the builders, promote the implementation of the construction plan, and ensure that the construction progress meets the exhibition requirements.

On time exhibition setup: From August 19th to 20th (two days before the start of the exhibition), participating companies will enter the exhibition venue with their exhibition credentials and "Booth Confirmation Letter". They will strictly follow the exhibition regulations and construction requirements to complete the booth setup and exhibit placement, ensuring the quality and safety of the exhibition setup. Failure to complete the setup within the deadline will be considered as automatic waiver of participation qualification.

Exhibiting: During the exhibition period from August 21st to 23rd, participating companies are required to open their booths according to the prescribed time, actively receive professional visitors from the South China region, actively carry out product exhibitions, technical exchanges, and business negotiations, reasonably arrange personnel on duty, and improve customer docking efficiency.

Orderly withdrawal: After 2:30 pm on August 23rd, participating companies will withdraw in an orderly manner according to the organizing committee's regulations, clean up booth garbage, organize exhibits and materials, handle exit procedures, and strictly prohibit unauthorized early withdrawal, illegal withdrawal, or damage to exhibition facilities. Otherwise, they will bear corresponding responsibilities.

5、 Registration method

One on one consultation: Contact the organizing committee's Mr. Chen directly by phone or WeChat (same WeChat account) for one-on-one consultation on exhibition related matters in the South China region, obtain exclusive exhibition plans, quotations, and "Exhibition Application Forms", and answer various exhibition questions for enterprises.

Data review: Submit the business license, product qualification certificate, and complete "Exhibition Application Form" online. The organizing committee will complete the review within 1-2 working days, and the review results will be synchronized with the participating companies in a timely manner.

Contract signing: After the data review is approved, both parties sign a formal "Exhibition Agreement", and the exhibiting companies pay the booth fees according to the agreement and confirm the booth lock.

Lock in seat: After the booth fee is received, the organizing committee officially confirms the booth and completes the registration process. Subsequently, a dedicated person will follow up on the preparation matters before the progress, synchronize the latest notices and related arrangements of the exhibition, and help enterprises deepen their cultivation of the South China elderly care market.
