2026 Central Asian Five Countries Uzbekistan Lighting and Sound Exhibition

Date: October 26-28, 2026

Location: Tashkent International Convention and Exhibition Center

To our respected partners:

When the Silk Road civilization intersects with modern technology, and when cultural heritage collides with audio-visual feasts, Uzbekistan is ushering in a new golden age of Central Asian cultural and entertainment industry with a fresh attitude. The 2026 Uzbekistan Lighting and Sound Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "UZLS Exhibition") will grandly kick off from October 26th to 28th at the Tashkent International Convention and Exhibition Center. We sincerely invite global industry elites to attend this international and high-end industry event, work together to explore the Central Asian market, and explore the new future of the industry. This exhibition focuses on the entire industry chain of lighting and sound, with an exhibition area of over 8000 square meters. It includes five core exhibition areas: professional lighting equipment, intelligent sound systems, stage machinery, audio-visual technology, and cultural tourism and performing arts equipment. It is expected to attract more than 500 companies from more than 30 countries and regions including China, Germany, France, the United Arab Emirates, and five Central Asian countries to participate in the exhibition, gather more than 6000 professional visitors, and create an international high-end industry platform that integrates product display, technical exchange, trade negotiation, and brand promotion. During the exhibition, more than 10 supporting activities will be held, including industry summit forums, technical press conferences, and business matching meetings, to build efficient communication bridges between exhibitors and visitors, and help enterprises accurately meet the needs of the Central Asian market.

Exhibition Core Introduction

Why Uzbekistan?

Uzbekistan is the golden battlefield for Chinese enterprises to go global to Central Asia, with core advantages concentrated in four dimensions, suitable for the layout of audiovisual equipment enterprises:

High economic growth+infrastructure explosion: Central Asia's economic growth rate leads Eurasia (with a growth rate of about 6% from 2025 to 2026), and the capital Tashkent has launched a $25 billion urban renewal project. Coupled with the drive of the 2027 U-20 World Cup, the demand for infrastructure is concentrated, and there is a huge gap in the procurement of audio-visual equipment.

Blank industrial chain+strong import demand: Uzbekistan's audio-visual industry is weak, with few audio production enterprises and a high dependence on imported core components, providing a broad market space and first mover advantage for global equipment companies.

Policy driven rigid demand: The government stipulates that new public buildings must reserve intelligent audio and video interfaces, which generates approximately $3 billion in rigid procurement demand annually, directly driving demand for professional audio, intelligent lighting and other products.

Market feasibility has been verified: Top international audio-visual brands have landed in the first immersive demonstration laboratory in Central Asia, proving the local acceptance of high-end audio-visual products and providing market endorsement for cost-effective solutions for Chinese enterprises. In addition, the import demand in Central Asia is increasing by more than 12% annually, with huge potential.

Market background

Why is it being held now? ——Major historical opportunities overlap

Mandatory standard implementation: The policy of reserving audio and video interfaces for new public buildings has been fully implemented, leading to a surge in the procurement of audio-visual equipment.

Intensive international events: Multiple events such as the FINA World Cup and Chess Olympiad have formed rigid demands for venue audiovisual systems.

The eve of major venue delivery: The construction of U-20 World Cup venues will accelerate in 2027, and 2026 will be a key node for centralized procurement and installation of audio-visual equipment.

Peak of cultural and tourism investment: Over 2 billion US dollars of foreign investment will be invested in cultural and tourism infrastructure in the next five years, and a large number of venues will enter the equipment procurement stage by 2026.

Accurate exhibition schedule: held from October 26-28, immediately following the Swimming World Cup (October 8-10), effectively catering to the upgrading needs of event equipment and providing a display and docking platform for events such as the U-20 World Cup.

Exhibition advantages

Blue Ocean Market First mover Advantage: Uzbekistan's audio-visual lighting market is at a turning point from traditional to intelligent transformation. There are less than a hundred local enterprises, and the core components rely on imports. The huge supply-demand gap provides excellent entry opportunities for international enterprises.

Policy dividend guarantee: The Uzbekistan government is fully implementing heavyweight policies such as tax incentives, tariff reductions, and land use rights incentives. The China Uzbekistan mutual visa exemption agreement has come into effect, making business exchanges extremely convenient.

International brands such as L-Acoustics, Barco, and ETC Robert Julat have taken the lead in setting up benchmark projects in Tashkent, proving the feasibility of high-end audiovisual products in the Central Asian market and creating a clear positioning for Chinese enterprises as a "cost-effective alternative".

Accurate B2B Business Matching: The exhibition has a dedicated B2B matching system that matches exhibitors and buyers' needs in advance, and arranges one-on-one business negotiations on-site. Simultaneously holding the "C5 Audiovisual Industry Summit Forum" and the "Central Asia Procurement Matchmaking Conference", inviting Uzbekistan government departments, large-scale project owners, and system integrators to present procurement requirements on site.
