Exhibition Procedure
Fill out the exhibition application form, stamp it, and email or fax it to the organizing committee. Within 3 working days of submitting the exhibition application form, the full payment of the exhibition fee shall be wired to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first". If an exhibitor withdraws midway after registering for the exhibition, the fees paid for the exhibition will not be refunded. After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form", the organizing committee will select booths according to the order of registration. If payment is not made within the specified time, the booths will not be reserved. In order to showcase the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to make changes to individual booths and has the final interpretation right;
