2026 Bozhou International Health Industry Expo

The 42nd Bozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo and Chinese Herbal Medicine Trade Fair in 2026

In order to promote the trade of traditional Chinese medicine and increase its popularity, the Bozhou County Committee and Government organized the first session of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fair on September 9, 1985. In 2006, with the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce sent a letter to the Anhui Provincial People's Government, agreeing to hold the International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo in Anhui Province. Since then, Bozhou City has held the International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo and the National (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Fair on September 9 every year. Up to now, 20 International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expos and 41 National (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Trade Fairs have been successfully held consecutively. The Bozhou Pharmaceutical Expo has developed into the most influential gold medal exhibition in the traditional Chinese medicine industry in China. It is an important platform for inheriting and promoting the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, attracting investment and talent, and is also a major measure to build the "World Capital of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and create a "bridgehead for traditional Chinese medicine to enter the international market". With the continuous implementation and promotion of the "Healthy China 2030" plan, a moderately prosperous society has been fully built. In the post pandemic era, China's big health industry is undergoing a disruptive transformation. The country proposes to establish a basic health service industry system that covers the entire life cycle, has rich connotations, and has a reasonable structure. It aims to create a group of well-known brands and a virtuous cycle of health service industry clusters, and form a certain international competitiveness to basically meet the health service needs of the general public. The total scale of the health service industry will reach over 8 trillion yuan, becoming an important force in promoting sustainable economic and social development.
