The Turkmenistan International Oil and Gas Exhibition (OGT) is one of the professional oil and gas exhibitions in Central Asia. The exhibition has been successfully held for 30 sessions and is the most important business and technical exchange platform for the oil and gas industry in Turkmenistan. According to data released by the International Energy Agency, Turkmenistan's potential natural gas reserves can reach 30 trillion cubic meters, accounting for approximately 9.5% of the world's natural gas reserves. Natural gas is mainly stored in over 100 gas fields in the Karakum Basin in eastern Turkmenistan, with 80% of the reserves concentrated in the giant and super sized Daulatobad Dolmez gas field and over 20 other atmospheric fields. According to international exploration results, the Ottoman gas field in Nanyue Liao Jian (formerly known as Yolatan) alone may have reserves of up to 15 trillion cubic meters. For the past 30 years, OGT has been considered an important way for oil equipment industry enterprises to enter the Turkmenistan market and has received attention from many companies. Chinese companies are welcome to use this professional platform to expand and consolidate the Turkmenistan market.
