The cost of an empty venue includes: exhibition space, carpet, security services, and booth cleaning services. (Excluding special equipment management fees).

》Exhibition details:

Please fill out the booth application form carefully, stamp it, email or scan it and send it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid before November 20, 2026. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to change their reserved booth. After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the invoice and "Exhibition Handbook" to the exhibitor. If the exhibitor withdraws midway after registering for the exhibition, the deposit paid for the exhibition will not be refunded.
