1、 Conference Preface:

In order to implement the State Council's "Opinions on Supporting Shandong to Deepen the Conversion of New and Old Driving Forces and Promote Green, Low carbon and High quality Development", assist in the construction of Shandong's green, low-carbon and high-quality development pilot zone, further connect the decarbonization needs of Shandong Province and the needs of Yantai City to create a clean energy demonstration city, give full play to Shandong's advantages, build a new energy system, and promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development with greater efforts, guided by the Shandong Provincial People's Government, Shandong Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Yantai Municipal People's Government, China Machinery Industry Federation and other relevant units jointly held the "2026 Shandong Clean Energy Industry Expo" in Yantai from September 15-17, 2026.

The theme of this exhibition is "Promoting the Construction of Shandong's New Energy System and Cultivating New Quality Productivity of Energy". It will focus on "new energy, new kinetic energy, new equipment, and new models", and build a platform for international and domestic exchange, cooperation, and application promotion of clean energy. The main exhibition scope includes clean energy such as wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage, offshore new energy, charging and swapping, hydrogen energy, and nuclear energy. Representatives from relevant international and domestic scientific research institutions, central state-owned enterprises, industry associations, industry leaders, and innovative enterprises will be invited to participate in the exhibition. At the same time as the exhibition, a series of special events will be held, including the "2026 Shandong Wind Energy and Offshore Energy Development and Construction Development Forum", "2026 Lithium Energy Storage and Photovoltaic Industry High Quality Development Forum", "2026 Low Carbon Energy and New Power System Technology Equipment Development Conference", and "2026 Yantai Nuclear Expo and Nuclear Power Industry Chain Innovation and Development Conference", to promote the coordinated development of the clean energy industry.

（5） Zero carbon park/factory, energy-saving equipment, smart energy equipment exhibition area: complete sets of technical equipment and integrated systems for zero carbon parks and zero carbon factories; Energy saving technology equipment (National Energy saving Technology Equipment Catalog Product Exhibition Area), comprehensive energy transformation and services for high load industrial enterprises, microgrids, smart energy technology equipment, flexibility technology, controllable loads, etc; Carbon footprint accounting and services, carbon footprint platform, zero carbon products, etc.

4、 Exhibition fee:

Standard booth fee: (3m x 3m)

Provision of bare space expenses: exhibition venue, security, cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).

5、 Exhibition Procedure:

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit] or full payment shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid in full before August 10, 2026. After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The accommodation and product transportation of exhibition representatives will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".

6、 Simultaneous activities:

Exhibitors can apply for special conferences, product promotions, technical exchanges, academic seminars, and other related activities. The cost per expert session is 15800 yuan for domestic enterprises and 4000 euros for foreign enterprises (20 minutes).

7、 Journal and other advertisements:

In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and buyers during the exhibition, the conference catalogue will also be sent to domestic and foreign property owners and related distribution units through the host organization.
