1、 Background of the event

The deep adjustment of the global energy landscape and the demand for regional coordinated development have injected new momentum into energy cooperation among China, Russia, and Mongolia. In September 2025, the "Siberian Power 2 Natural Gas Pipeline Construction and Operation Cooperation Agreement" was officially signed, with a designed annual gas transmission capacity of 50 billion cubic meters and a cooperation period of 30 years. Along with the supply upgrades of "Siberian Power 1" and "Far East Natural Gas Pipeline", it marks the transition of trilateral energy cooperation from a conceptual to a substantive engineering stage.

At the same time, the construction of the cross-border railway from Ganqimaodu to Gashusu in China and Mongolia will begin, forming an "energy corridor" that runs through China, Mongolia, and Russia, achieving seamless connection between mining areas, ports, and processing bases, and providing infrastructure support for efficient circulation of energy and mineral resources. The demand for equipment procurement, technology adaptation, and standard docking in the fields of oil and gas exploration and development, cross-border storage and transportation, refining and processing in the three countries has significantly increased.

As the core hub of the "China Mongolia Russia Economic Corridor", Inner Mongolia has become a "bridgehead" for regional energy cooperation, relying on the "Regulations on Promoting the Construction of National Important Energy and Strategic Resource Bases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region". In order to adapt to the trend of cooperation, solve the mismatch between supply and demand and information asymmetry, this exhibition is specially held to create a professional platform for precise docking of energy equipment and technology among the three countries.

Based on the "National Important Energy Strategic Base" in Inner Mongolia, closely following the new policies of zero carbon park construction and hydrogen energy industry development, we aim to create a benchmark exhibition for northern energy and chemical equipment that integrates technology display, cross-border trade, policy interpretation, academic exchange, and achievement transformation. It will become a core hub and market-oriented operation demonstration platform connecting China Russia Mongolia energy cooperation.

-Scale target: Exhibition area of 50000 square meters (indoor 36000 square meters+outdoor 14000 square meters), with over 700 exhibiting companies worldwide, 60000 professional visitors, and an international audience proportion of ≥ 18% (12% for procurement groups from Russia and Mongolia).

-Industry goal: To promote equipment procurement and technology cooperation with an intention amount of over 8 billion yuan, and to release 15+North Xinjiang adaptive energy and chemical innovation technologies (including hydrogen energy and carbon capture fields).

-Cooperation goal: Establish a "China Russia Mongolia Energy Equipment Enterprise Alliance", sign more than 30 cross-border cooperation projects, and implement more than 5 zero carbon park supporting cooperation projects.
