The exhibition aims to build a bridge between small and medium-sized factories, traders, and bulk customers. Adhering to the theme of "purchasing from the source of production", it is the first of its kind in China and has become a highly influential comprehensive procurement platform for domestic and foreign trade in East China.

The recently concluded 19th China (Ningbo) Small and Medium sized Factory Exhibition in 2025 gathered 2067 participating factories and successfully attracted 62674 professional visitors. In May 2025, the exhibition will go out of Ningbo for the first time and hold the China (Hangzhou) Small and Medium sized Factory Exhibition in Hangzhou. In 2026, the "Xingcheng X Factory Exhibition" will set sail again, with the Hangzhou exhibition scheduled for May 20-22 and the Ningbo exhibition scheduled for November 25-27.
