Notice on Holding the 2026 Northeast (Shenyang) Water Expo and Smart Water and Ecological Development Conference

In order to thoroughly implement the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China, and fully leverage the fundamental supporting role of the water conservancy industry in promoting high-quality regional development, the first Northeast (Shenyang) Water Expo in 2025 was successfully held, effectively building a platform for industry exchange and technology promotion, and achieving remarkable results.

With the continuous attention and strong support of the business supervisory unit, the Liaoning Provincial Water Resources Department, the Liaoning Provincial Water Resources Industry Association will work together with relevant industry social organizations to plan to hold the "2026 Northeast (Shenyang) Water Expo and Smart Water and Ecological Development Conference" in Shenyang in September 2026. This year's Water Expo will adhere to the core of water conservancy, further expand related fields such as smart water management, municipal water supply and drainage, water environment governance, and ecological environmental protection, and build a comprehensive exhibition platform covering the "entire water industry chain", focusing on creating a brand event in the water related industry based in Liaoning, serving Northeast China, and radiating throughout the country. The exhibition will actively create a market-oriented, rule of law, and convenient business environment in the water related field through exhibition display, technical exchange, project promotion, industry docking, and market cooperation, continuously improve professional standards and industry influence, better serve the overall revitalization of Northeast China, and help build a modern water governance system.
