Order No. 22 of the National Archives Administration announces the "Measures for the Management of Electronic Archives" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which will come into effect on November 1, 2024. The Measures further strengthen and standardize the management of electronic archives, ensuring the authenticity, completeness, usability, and security of electronic archives, and put forward standardized requirements for the entire process management of electronic archives. The promulgation of the "Measures" is an important measure to implement the "Archives Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Implementation Regulations of the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China", ensuring that electronic archives management work is carried out in accordance with laws and regulations, and marking a new stage in China's electronic archives management work.
