Baking China was founded in 2002 and has undergone 23 years of development, becoming the most well-known and authoritative exhibition in the baking light meal industry, and a leading trade exhibition in the food industry at home and abroad.

The 21st Beijing International Baking Exhibition 2025, co hosted by Qiyang Exhibition Group and Beijing Jingmao International Exhibition Co., Ltd., was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing from April 10-12, 2025. The three-day exhibition brought together numerous companies from the baking industry to participate, jointly bringing a spring grand event to the Chinese baking industry. According to statistics, a total of 24754 professional visitors attended to visit, exchange and purchase.

The 21st Beijing International Baking Exhibition was held simultaneously with the 12th Qiyang International Catering Exhibition. The number of attendees at the catering exhibition was 73448, and most of the catering exhibition visitors also visited the baking exhibition at the same time. The total number of attendees at the baking exhibition and catering exhibition reached 98202.

The 22nd CBBE Beijing International Baking Exhibition will be held from May 10-12, 2026 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall). The scale will be further upgraded, and the four major exhibition halls of the China International Exhibition Center will be put into use to further improve the organic combination of the complete industry chain from baking, coffee drinks, catering, and light catering food.
