Exhibition Introduction:

The "2026 Asian Water Tourism, Sports, Leisure Boats and Yacht Expo" hosted by the Guangdong Yacht Industry Association and organized by Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. will be held from May 15-17, 2026 at the Guangzhou Pazhou Canton Fair Complex. 500 yacht and water sports equipment, diving equipment, sightseeing boats, and water tourism related industry chain enterprises will be organized to participate in the exhibition, and 100 investment and financing institutions and experts and scholars will be invited to participate in the forum exchange. Starting from renting a 36 square meter vacant booth, domestic enterprises can rent it for 1000 yuan per square meter

Participation Procedures

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee;

The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, the exhibition deposit (50% of the total exhibition fee) shall be paid within five working days or the full amount shall be wired to the designated account of the organizing committee, and the exhibition booth shall be finally confirmed;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will issue you a "Confirmation of Participation" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which includes the exhibition schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements, etc;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;
