Indoor lighting only provides exhibition space, exhibitors are responsible for booth construction on their own

Exhibition Procedure:

1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or scan it to the organizing unit. The principle of "apply first, pay first, arrange first" shall be implemented for the booth;

Within 5 days after applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing unit, and the remaining balance shall be paid before March 10, 2026. Exhibitors are requested to fax the bank remittance form to the organizing unit after remitting various fees.

3. If the exhibiting company fails to pay all fees on time, it will be deemed as automatically giving up the exhibition; Due to the reasons of the organizer, the booth was not provided to the exhibiting company, and the payment made by the company will be refunded in full.

4. Exhibitors must comply with the exhibition regulations and relevant rules of the organizing committee, including temporary adjustments to individual booths.

5. Exhibited products that do not match the exhibition theme are prohibited from participating.
