The Saudi Hotel Exhibition is one of the largest hotel and hospitality industry events in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, focusing on multiple areas such as hotel services, hotel technology, catering equipment, cleaning and hygiene, and hotel interiors. The 2025 Saudi Hotel Exhibition and Saudi Furniture Exhibition INDEX jointly attracted 250 exhibitors from 26 countries, with over 8000 attendees. The supply of booths is in short supply. In order to provide professional industry exhibitions and a more comfortable exhibition experience, the 2026 Saudi Hotel Exhibition will grandly open at the former exhibition and conference center in Riyadh. Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision proposes strategic initiatives to reduce its dependence on oil and develop public service sectors such as infrastructure, entertainment, tourism, and education. The country is planning and carrying out construction projects worth $1.5 trillion, with an estimated investment of around $10.7 billion for residential and commercial projects alone. 1. Red Sea Project: The project is located on the west coast of Saudi Arabia and is expected to cover an area of 28000 square kilometers. It features a series of natural marine wonders and historical and cultural sites; PIF has signed over 1000 contracts worth over 6.7 billion US dollars for this project so far; After completion in 2030, the area will have over 50 hotels with 8000 rooms and 1000 residences.

2. Neom Project: Once completed, the $500 billion Neom project will become a large-scale sustainable city of the future. It will be launched in the Red Sea in 2025 and is the largest and most ambitious smart city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the world. With the support of the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund and international investors, this futuristic fully digitized city is expected to contribute $100 billion to Saudi Arabia's GDP by 2030.

3. Qiddiya Project: Upon completion, visitors will receive over 300 entertainment and educational facilities, including a 20000 seat cliff sports stadium, an 18000 seat indoor sports arena, a water center, sports center, as well as a 2000 seat performing arts theater and cinema.

4. Roshn Project: This project was launched in 2020 with the aim of promoting the development of Saudi Arabia's real estate and infrastructure industries, achieving the goal of increasing the homeownership rate of Saudi citizens to 70% by 2030, and improving the quality of life for Saudi citizens.

5. Diriyah Project: Diriyah is widely regarded as the birthplace of Saudi Arabia and holds significant historical and cultural significance for the country; The project is expected to cost 6.3 billion US dollars and promote the development of Saudi Arabia's tourism and cultural industries, attracting 27 million tourists annually.

After the completion of these 5 mega projects, Saudi Arabia will add a large number of hotel projects, providing a good platform for Chinese companies to enter the Saudi hotel market.
