Since the Western Tea Expo was founded by Hua Juchen in Xi'an in 2013, it has thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the national "the Belt and Road" initiative, with the goal of "building Xi'an into a tea trade center on the Silk Road economic belt in a new era", and has fully played a platform role in cultural communication, trade exchanges, exhibition and trade, and industrial interaction.
