The 8th Hainan International Medical Equipment Exhibition (Hainan Medical Expo) is scheduled to be held from December 26-28, 2025 at the Poly International Expo Center in Sanya. This exhibition will focus on inviting Hainan medical institutions, industry associations, purchasers, distribution agents, and industry experts to participate together, forming an industry event that integrates forum activities, platform displays, user docking, and system services, providing new and old customers with a brand new exhibition and participation experience. We have always been committed to serving the medical and health services of Hainan Free Trade Port and promoting the development of the health industry. In 2024, the exhibition area will be 20000 square meters, with 503 enterprises from 19 provinces and cities, 20 signed cooperation projects, 1913 on-site orders, and a signing amount of 2.86 billion yuan. There will be 6150 international/domestic professional visitors, over 36000 on-site visitors, and 250000 online visitors.

Exhibition details

◆ Booth specifications: Standard booth size 3m x 3m, equipped with 2.5m high three sided display boards, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one fascia board, and one 220V, 5A power socket.

◆ Exhibition procedures: Fill out the exhibition contract in detail, stamp it with the official seal, fax, email or mail it to the organizing committee, and transfer the total exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference within one week to confirm the booth and advertisement. Otherwise, the booth will not be reserved. The organizing committee has the right to automatically cancel or adjust booths that have not paid any fees.

Booth arrangement: Based on the principle of "first come, first paid, first arranged", the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

Exhibition Notice

1. All participating units are requested to plan for maturity before registering;

2. Exhibitors who request to withdraw their exhibition application after confirming their booth will not have their exhibition fees refunded unless approved by the organizing committee;

3. Exhibitors who have special requirements during registration must indicate them in the exhibition registration form;

4. Event arrangement: The organizing committee will notify exhibitors of matters related to the transportation and accommodation of exhibits one month before the event;

5. Attention: When registering for the conference, exhibitors must bring copies of their business license, production (operation) license, and product registration certificate.
