In order to actively respond to the "Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Implementing Renewable Energy Substitution Action" issued by six national ministries and commissions, comprehensively enhance the supply capacity and supporting infrastructure of renewable energy, promote the development of China's green energy industry, and build clean coal-fired power, new energy, green hydrogen energy, and green chemical industry bases in western China with Xinjiang as the center, accelerate the process of energy digitization, intelligence, and greening.

The Xinjiang New Energy, New Materials and Related Industries Expo, as well as the Xinjiang Carbon Peak and Energy Equipment Technology Expo, which aims to promote the independent development of Xinjiang's energy industry and the application of high-tech equipment technology with the intrinsic requirement of new quality productivity, will be held from October 30 to November 1, 2025. It will be jointly guided by various units and hosted by the Xinjiang Electrical Engineering Society, Xinjiang Machinery and Electronics Industry Association, Xinjiang Energy Conservation Association and other units. At the same time, conferences on upstream and downstream industries such as power engineering, digital energy, and hydrogen energy will be held.

The Expo will set up Energy Group Achievement Hall, Low Carbon Energy Hall, Carbon Peak Equipment Hall, and Science and Technology Equipment Hall, inviting well-known enterprises from the autonomous region and at home and abroad to showcase advanced equipment technologies, involving clean energy project construction, energy-saving coupling development, and other aspects.

The organizing committee will invite units from the Development and Reform Commission, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Emergency Management Bureau from various prefectures and corps in Xinjiang; Energy Group; power company; High energy consuming enterprises such as steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, building materials, textiles, and papermaking; Major parks; Distributors and agents visit the venue to purchase relevant technology and equipment.

The Expo will hold a main forum and multiple sub forums simultaneously, with the theme of promoting the development of new energy, new materials, and related industries in Xinjiang, promoting deep cooperation among government, military, enterprises, and research, and providing assistance for the development of Xinjiang's clean energy industry.

The Expo will also fully leverage the advantages of the Xinjiang Free Trade Zone, inviting relevant departments, industry organizations, energy companies, distributors, and others from neighboring countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan to attend the event, in order to promote various energy industry equipment enterprises in China to go abroad and enter Central Asia, West Asia, and even Europe.

The Expo cordially invites domestic and foreign technology enterprises to participate in the Expo, attend conferences, and participate in concurrent project docking events.
