The Shenzhen International New Anti Counterfeiting Technology Exhibition is one of the main events of the China International High tech Fair (referred to as the High tech Fair). It is approved by the State Council and jointly organized by ten ministries including the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the Shenzhen Anti Counterfeiting Traceability Association, and Sihai Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to create a technology-based anti-counterfeiting international event,

The 27th High Tech Fair will focus on showcasing anti-counterfeiting technology to showcase the overall characteristics of the exhibition. Product Promotion Conference/Technical Seminar: A conference room accommodating 100 people, priced at CNY 20000/25 minutes per session, used for venue and related equipment rental (including seminar venue, sound projection equipment, lighting fixtures, tables and chairs, tea and other supporting equipment and supplies, and assisting the host company in organizing the audience).

Section 6: Special Note

If the exhibiting company chooses a corner booth, an additional 10% booth fee will be charged.

2. Exhibition procedures: Fill out the exhibition application form and stamp the contract with the official seal, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee. Within three working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, the full exhibition fee or 50% deposit shall be wired to the organizing committee.

3. Booth allocation principle: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first". After remitting various fees, participating companies must fax the bank remittance form to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the "three first" principle. The organizing committee will only confirm the booth with the exhibiting company after receiving the payment.

If the exhibiting company terminates the exhibition contract midway, the exhibition fees paid to our company will be considered as liquidated damages.
