Exhibition process of Shanghai Hongqiao Beauty Expo:

1. Provide company name/product category

2. Recommend suitable exhibition halls/select booths

3. Submit exhibition application forms and other materials

4. Issue the contract

5. Return the contract/provide a copy of the business license, etc

6. The organizer reviews the contract and confirms the booth

7. After signing the contract, pay the booth fee according to the agreement

Booth configuration

(1) Standard booth construction fee of ¥ 1800 per booth (9 square meters);

(2) Standard booths are uniformly built according to the standard style selected by the organizer, and each standard booth is equipped with: fence, carpet, fascia board, and spotlights

1 cover, 1 socket, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, and 1 paper waste basket; .

(3) Standard booths with an area of 18 square meters or more are not allowed to be reserved, meaning that only bare space reservations are accepted for those with an area of 18 square meters or more;
