After years of development, the Housing Expo has become a highly authoritative and influential exhibition in the field of housing and urban-rural construction. The theme of this year's Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo is "Empowering Technology to Upgrade and Promote Development of the Built Housing Industry". It focuses on showcasing the latest technologies and products in the field of housing and urban-rural construction at home and abroad, as well as distinctive "good house" construction models, promoting the application of technological innovation achievements, and leading industrial transformation and upgrading.

Please actively assist relevant units in the field of housing and urban-rural development in organizing this year's Housing Expo, and invite relevant units and personnel engaged in green low-carbon buildings, ultra-low energy consumption buildings, new building industrialization, intelligent construction, housing and real estate, high-quality building materials, urban renewal and new urban infrastructure construction, village and town construction, and other work to participate and attend. In order to implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, the China International Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo advocates for frugal and green exhibitions, and emphasizes practical results. Concentrate on showcasing the latest achievements of cities and enterprises in promoting the model construction of "good houses, good communities, good neighborhoods, and good urban areas", with a focus on showcasing the construction methods and technological product systems that meet the requirements of safety, comfort, green, and intelligence for good houses. Hold a themed demonstration exhibition on "China's Tomorrow's Home 2025- Building Good Houses for Living Together" and showcase high-quality engineering cases.

Concentrate on showcasing technologies and products related to green and low-carbon development in the field of housing and urban-rural development, including green design, green construction, green operation and maintenance, green construction, and green finance.

Concentrate on showcasing the latest achievements of pilot cities and enterprises in promoting the development of digital homes and smart homes, showcasing digital home technologies and products, as well as smart home and smart residential system platforms and equipment products, and showcasing relevant engineering cases.

2. Guangdi Special Booth: (Rent starting from 36 square meters)
