In order to comprehensively showcase the latest achievements in measuring instrument equipment and industrial metrology development, the China Metrology Association plans to hold the "Second Measuring Instrument Equipment Exhibition (2025)" in Hengyang City, Hunan Province in October 2025. To prepare for the work, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

5、 Exhibition Introduction

The Measurement Instrument Equipment Exhibition is a brand exhibition created by the China Metrology Association in response to the call of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and under the guidance of the State Administration for Market Regulation, targeting the latest technological achievements in measurement instrument equipment and industrial metrology. The first Measurement Instrument and Equipment Exhibition (2024) will be held at Suzhou International Expo Center from October 30 to 31, 2024, with a total exhibition area of 10000 square meters. Nearly 300 national industrial measurement and testing centers, measurement technology institutions, and high-end instrument and meter enterprises from home and abroad will bring more than 1500 types of new measurement products, equipment, and technologies to participate. Among the participating enterprises, "specialized, refined, and new" enterprises account for more than 80%. The exhibition held a series of activities including the opening ceremony, on-site promotion and negotiation of industrial parks, debut product meeting, signing ceremony, metrology knowledge competition, and typical case exhibition of "Metrology Promotes the Development of New Quality Productivity". More than 1700 guests and 8000 professional visitors, including leaders from the State Administration for Market Regulation and Jiangsu Province, academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, representatives from industrial metrology testing centers, industry leading enterprises, representatives from various levels of metrology administrative management departments, and representatives from news media, attended the exhibition. More than 2400 exhibitors and attendees attended the exhibition. During the exhibition, central media such as China Central Radio and Television Station and Guangming Daily, as well as national media such as China Market Supervision News and China Quality News, provincial and municipal media, and mainstream domestic information platforms continued to pay attention to and report on it. The exhibition was a complete success and became a major event in the field of metrology.

The Second Metrology Instrument and Equipment Exhibition (2025) will focus more on the needs of exhibitors, emphasize effectiveness, and build itself into a top-level exhibition in the field of metrology in China, building on the success of last year. This exhibition has the following characteristics.

1. Fully showcase new products and technologies of measuring instruments and equipment. The industrial metrology testing center and metrology technology institutions will bring new products and developed metrology testing equipment for innovative development in the metrology service industry. Fully showcase the localization achievements of high-end scientific research instruments and release the latest products of measuring instruments and meters in a centralized manner.

2. There is a specific platform effect. During the exhibition, the National Metrology Conference, the "Metrology Service New Quality Productivity Development Promotion Conference and 2024 Measurement Science and Industrial Measurement and Testing Technology Conference" held by the China Institute of Metrology, and the "Measurement Technology Innovation Helps Chinese path to modernization Series Activities" held by the China Metrology Association were also held in Hengyang. The administrative departments, experts and scholars in the measurement field will also meet in Hengyang. The exhibition will create a cooperation platform for local government metrology industrial parks, universities, technical institutions, and enterprises to attract investment and connect achievements.

3. The supporting activities are rich and colorful. During the exhibition, various activities will be held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the promulgation of the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China, including a concentrated display of first products, investment promotion meetings for local governments, leadership tours, matchmaking meetings between financial institutions and the metrology industry, the "Going Global" forum for metrology products, a concentrated display of national metrology industry clusters, a demonstration of the SME Metrology Partner Program, a metrology knowledge competition, an innovation and development forum for metrology technology institutions, and a signing ceremony for exhibition intentions.

4. Strong support from local governments. Hengyang Intelligent Weighing Instrument Measurement Industrial Park is the first industrial park in China with the theme of "measurement". To ensure the success of this exhibition, the China Metrology Association has signed a cooperation agreement with the Hengyang Intelligent Weighing Instrument Metrology Industry Park. The Hengyang Municipal Government will provide the exhibition venue and basic supporting facilities, as well as high-quality services for exhibitors and industry visitors.

The exhibition will be held in Jianxiang Industrial Park in Hengyang, and the planned exhibition hall layout is deeply integrated with the industrial park.
