Introduction of the organizer: China General Machinery Industry Association (CGMA), abbreviated as CGMA, is a national social organization approved and registered by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China in April 1989, with the legal personality of a social organization.

Exhibition Introduction

The China International Fluid Machinery Exhibition was founded by the China General Machinery Industry Association (a national social organization rated 5A by the Ministry of Civil Affairs) in 2001. It is held every two years and is the largest and most authoritative professional exhibition in the fluid machinery industry in China. The exhibition focuses on showcasing the latest achievements in technological innovation and product research and development in the domestic and international fluid machinery manufacturing industry. The exhibition has eight professional exhibition areas, including pumps, fans, compressors, air separation, valves, reducers, vacuum equipment, and separation drying

Mainly used in national energy and civil infrastructure construction such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals, natural gas, electricity (nuclear power, hydropower, thermal power), new energy (hydrogen energy, photovoltaics), metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, environmental protection, semiconductors, food, pharmaceuticals, etc. After more than 20 years of development, the China International Fluid Machinery Exhibition has become a benchmark for the development of the fluid industry, providing a high-quality platform for industry professionals to exchange and cooperate, showcase technology, and learn.

This exhibition is expected to have over 800 professional manufacturers participating and more than 60000 domestic and foreign professional visitors visiting on-site. The 13th China (Shanghai) International Fluid Machinery Exhibition 2026 will be held from October 21-23, 2026 at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai Hongqiao). At that time, the 75000 square meter exhibition hall will comprehensively showcase the achievements of domestic and foreign fluid machinery manufacturing industry in technology and product innovation, enterprise transformation and upgrading, service innovation, and other aspects. High level thematic technical forums will gather industry experts and elites from home and abroad. Standard booth fees for overseas exhibitors:

1、 Indoor standard booth: 18000 RMB per booth, size 3 meters x 3 meters=9 square meters.

2、 Indoor clean space: 1800 RMB/square meter, with a minimum rent of 36 square meters.

Standard booth fees for domestic exhibitors:

1、 Standard booth opening: 3 meters x 3 meters=9 square meters. 15000 RMB/piece, double opening 16500 RMB/piece

2、 Indoor clean space: Rent starting from 36 square meters. 1500 RMB per square meter

Standard booth configuration:

The standard booth configuration includes: lighting, display rack construction, production and installation of exhibitor fascia boards, two chairs, one table, and one 220V power socket.

Participation Procedures

Step 1: Receive the exhibition materials "invitation letter, exhibition application form, booth map" sent by the organizing committee to the participating units

Step 2: Exhibitors fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with their official seal, then fax it to the organizing committee

Step 3: After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form", the organizing committee confirms the booth and signs the "Exhibition Contract"

Step 4: Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibiting unit pays the booth deposit/the contract takes effect within 1 working day

Step 5: Pay all remaining booth fees before September 20, 2026 and submit the company profile to the organizing committee

Step 6: Register and set up the exhibition on-site at the exhibition hall from November 19th to 20th, 2026
