Exhibition Introduction

The Shanghai International Retail Fresh Food Expo (FMR) is the only exhibition in China with the theme of retailers purchasing and trading fresh food ingredients. Hosted by the Private Brand Professional Committee (PLSC) of the Shanghai Brand Authorized Operation Enterprise Association. The professional fresh food exhibition is mainly established to address the pain points of wide distribution, large differences, and information asymmetry in the current fresh food industry.

The last FMR of Shanghai International Retail Fresh Food Fair had a total area of 70000 square meters, with 1500 exhibitors from Taiwan, China, Italy, Pakistan, Singapore, Germany, Dubai, Russia, France, etc., and 30000 participants.

Exhibition Scope

Fresh food categories: meat, poultry, and eggs (frozen/frozen, processed meat products), seafood (live, frozen, deep processed seafood products), dairy products (low-temperature fresh milk, cheese, plant-based dairy products), fruits and vegetables (fruits, organic vegetables, imported specialty agricultural products), baked fresh food (Chinese and Western cakes, bread), hot pot ingredients (meat, seafood, vegetables, soy products), etc.
