2. Organize educational equipment, education and teaching related seminars, exchanges and other activities.

3. Organize visiting guests and representatives to tour the venue.

4Exhibition matters

1. Exhibitors: Any enterprise that has registered with the industry and commerce, operates legally, and produces according to valid standards can apply to participate in the exhibition.

2. Booth fees:

Special exhibition booth, 9m ²/piece, minimum order of 4, 5000 yuan/piece. Register first and choose a booth first.

3. Booth configuration:

(1) Standard booth: one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights, three 2.45m high enclosures, and one 220V/5A power outlet.

(2) Bare space booth: No exhibition equipment, specially designed with a height limit of 4.5m.

4. Booth usage:

(1) The booth is for the sole use of exhibiting companies and is strictly prohibited from being resold or transferred to

(2) All activities conducted by exhibiting companies and their partners at the exhibition site must comply with laws and regulations. Any penalties and compensation responsibilities defined by laws and regulations shall be borne by the exhibiting companies themselves.

(2) The booth layout and behavior of exhibiting companies within the booth shall not obstruct other exhibiting companies in any way.

(3) Exhibitors shall ensure the personal safety of their participants and shall not affect the participation of other exhibitors in the exhibition activities.

(4) Preparation and withdrawal: Participating companies should prepare and withdraw according to the time and requirements stipulated by the exhibition, and shall not advance or delay. During the preparation and dismantling period, participating companies must assign dedicated personnel to manage their exhibition booths.

(5) The organizer of the exhibition may postpone or reschedule the exhibition due to force majeure, but must notify the participating companies in advance. The aforementioned force majeure includes but is not limited to any natural disasters; Fire, flood or other disasters; Strike or labor dispute; Computer server malfunction or related issues; Disease outbreaks, epidemics, or quarantine restrictions; Any actions of government, civil or military authorities; Embargo, war, riots or civil unrest, material shortages, etc. (collectively referred to as "force majeure").

(6) Exhibitors and visitors can follow the official account and applet of "Guangdong Education Equipment Industry Association" to get a better experience of exhibition and viewing.

5Promotion activities during the exhibition period

1. We sincerely invite strong enterprises to become exhibition sponsors, from preheating promotion to on-site display, from industry media focus to resource docking, to enhance brand influence from multiple dimensions and seize the opportunity in the education equipment market. Enterprises interested in cooperation are welcome to contact sales personnel for exclusive naming schemes.

In order to meet the promotional needs of exhibitors, the organizer has set up promotional spaces in the exhibition catalogue, exhibition area (outer square), and online mini program (see attachment for details). The association will arrange promotional spaces in the order of subscription.

8Precautions

1. Exhibitors who fail to pay the fees on time will not be allocated booths.

2. Participating companies must make remittances in the name of their units and do not accept personal remittances.

According to the "Guidelines for Intellectual Property Protection at Exhibitions" issued by the Ministry of Commerce in 2022, if any exhibited product involves intellectual property infringement, once confirmed, the organizing committee has the right to order it to terminate the display.

If there are any other matters, the organizer will notify separately later.
