◆ Exhibition Procedure:

1. After the enterprise confirms to participate in the exhibition, it shall request the exhibition application form (contract form) from the organizing unit and fill it out, stamp it with the official seal, fax or mail it to the organizing unit;

2. Both parties shall sign an exhibition contract, and the exhibiting unit shall pay 50% or the full amount of the booth deposit within 5 working days; If the deposit or balance is not paid as required, the organizing unit will not reserve the confirmed booth location.

3. Exhibitors must pay the remaining balance before November 1, 2025, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth;

4. After receiving the full booth fee, the organizing unit shall send an email or express delivery of the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors within one month before the start of the exhibition. Guide participating units to prepare for various exhibitions.

5. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the booth location based on the overall needs of the conference.
