The organizing party invites strong enterprises to serve as sponsors for the conference: there are three sponsorship methods: diamond, gold, and silver, and they can enjoy various benefits provided by the conference (detailed information and benefits are available upon request);
Participation Procedures:
A、 Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference; Exhibitors are required to pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (in RMB) within 7 working days in accordance with the payment notice to confirm the booth location; The balance of the booth fee should be paid in full before November 1, 2025. We welcome a one-time payment. Otherwise, the organizer will consider it as giving up the exhibition. If the exhibiting company withdraws midway after registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B、 After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the "Exhibition Handbook" to the participating units; The manual includes information related to exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental, etc. Exhibitors must fill out the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C、 The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first" The organizer can only confirm the reserved booth after receiving the deposit for the booth fee
