Participation Procedures

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the email

2. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, the exhibition fee shall be paid by wire transfer to the designated account of the organizing committee within five working days, and the exhibition booth shall be finally confirmed;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send you an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which include the schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements for this exhibition;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;

6. To ensure the overall effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
