With the rapid development of the global tourism industry, the market size of the diving industry continues to expand, and diving tourism has become one of the important tourism projects. At the same time, diving technology is widely used in fields such as underwater archaeology, underwater rescue, and underwater operations. In this context, the ADE Asia Diving Equipment and Deep Sea Exploration Exhibition will provide a stage for domestic and foreign enterprises to showcase their strength and broaden their international horizons at the Pazhou Exhibition Center in Guangzhou from May 15-17, 2026.

Participation Procedures

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee E.;

2. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, confirm first";

3. After obtaining confirmation from the organizing committee, the exhibition deposit (50% of the total exhibition fee) shall be paid within five working days or the full amount shall be wired to the designated account of the organizing committee, and the exhibition booth shall be finally confirmed;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send you an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" and an "Exhibitor Handbook", which include the schedule, exhibition setup instructions, exhibit transportation, accommodation and meals arrangements for this exhibition;

5. Unless the applying unit is not accepted by the organizing unit due to special reasons, the fees paid by those who withdraw on their own will not be refunded;

6. To ensure the overall effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
