1、 Exhibition Overview

In order to better meet market demand and promote industry development, with strong support from relevant departments, the China Machinery Industry Federation, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the China Communications Industry Association, the Shaanxi Power Supply Society, and Hengmai Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. jointly held the 2026 Xi'an International Power Supply Exhibition. Given the booming consumer market in the power supply industry, the planned area of this exhibition is 20000 square meters, with 600 preset booths, and it is expected to attract more than 400 power supply industry related enterprises to participate.

The 2026 Xi'an Power Supply Exhibition will be grandly held from March 19th to 22nd at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center! It will attract well-known enterprises from more than 20 countries and regions including China, the United States, India, Russia, Brazil, Canada, France, Indonesia, Japan, etc. to participate in the exhibition. 2. Industry newspapers, magazines, and online promotion: will focus on well-known media in the equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad, such as China Industry News, Electromechanical Business Daily, Vigo Industrial Media, Power Network, Power Industry, OFweek Power Network, Western Manufacturing Expo Network, etc. for centralized promotion, and encourage media to hold relevant professional conferences, high-level professional forums, and seminars;

5、 Booth and advertising expenses

1. Booth fee: Standard booth 12800 yuan/booth bare space: 1300 yuan/m ² (minimum rental for 36m ²)

Standard booth size 3m x 3m, three sided enclosure board, company name fascia board, one table and two chairs, two spotlights, 220V power socket (only for lighting, if there is high-power electricity, payment must be made to the exhibition hall to apply for access to a dedicated line).

Guangdi only provides a corresponding area of venue and does not include any supporting facilities. If needed, it can be rented separately. If exhibiting companies build special equipment, they must pay a separate special equipment management fee to the exhibition hall. (Please consult the organizing committee for charging standards)
