【 Exhibition Procedure 】 1. Exhibitors need to sign and stamp the exhibition contract with the organizer, and then fax or mail it to the organizer.

2. The organizer will arrange the booth according to the principle of "signing the contract, making payment, and confirming".

3. Exhibitors will fax the telegraphic transfer voucher to the organizer. The organizer will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" and "Confirmation of Entry" one month in advance of the conference, and report in with the "Confirmation of Entry" to collect the exhibition certificate.

The registration deadline is May 20, 2025, and the organizer reserves the right to adjust some booths.
