3. Exhibitors must make payment according to the agreed time in the contract after registration, otherwise the organizing committee of the conference has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth;

4. Without the consent of the organizing committee, if an exhibitor unilaterally cancels their exhibition plan, their paid exhibition fees will not be refunded;

5. Without the consent of the organizing committee, participating companies are not allowed to transfer their reserved booths. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation qualifications;
