Exhibition Introduction

The hydrogen energy industry, as a key component of the future national energy system, is a strategic emerging industry and a key direction for future industrial development. Against the backdrop of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the hydrogen energy industry has become a key area supported by national industrial policies for development. In 2024, various ministries and commissions of the State Council and major provinces and cities across the country have successively introduced a series of industrial policies, which will effectively promote the accelerated development of China's hydrogen energy industry. In the hydrogen energy industry, areas with rapidly growing market demand such as electrolytic cells and fuel cells have attracted the attention of capital. The future development prospects of leading enterprises that master core technologies and have a leading market share are very promising.

Inner Mongolia has introduced two important measures to further resolve the difficulties and pain points in the development of the hydrogen energy industry, promoting its development towards deeper and higher quality. One is to introduce the "Action Plan for the Green Hydrogen Industry Pilot Zone in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region", which aims to fully leverage the resources, industries, and location advantages of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, accelerate the development of new technologies, models, and formats, and make every effort to build a green hydrogen industry pilot zone. The second is to introduce the "Development Plan for Green Hydrogen Pipeline Construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region", which is currently the first provincial-level green hydrogen pipeline plan in China. As an important infrastructure of the green hydrogen industry, hydrogen transmission pipelines are a key link connecting the large-scale development and coordinated development of green hydrogen consumption. The vigorous construction of green hydrogen pipelines is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the green hydrogen industry in the whole region and helping the autonomous region build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.

In order to further strengthen communication and interaction in the hydrogen energy industry, deepen cooperation and exchange in the hydrogen energy industry, and achieve the goal of mutual promotion and common development, the "2025 Second China (Inner Mongolia) International Hydrogen Energy Industry Exhibition" hosted by Inner Mongolia Hydrogen Energy Industry Association and organized by Beijing Huaxia Weiye Exhibition Co., Ltd. will be held at the Ordos International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 26-28, 2025. On the morning of May 16, 2023, the first China (Inner Mongolia) Hydrogen Energy Forum and Technology Application Exhibition with the theme of "Green Energy Zero Carbon Inner Mongolia Leading the Way" was held in Hohhot. The event is hosted by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Federation of Industry and Commerce, jointly organized by the Inner Mongolia Hydrogen Energy Industry Association, Inner Mongolia Zhenghe Hydrogen Energy Research Institute, Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Network, Hydrogen Energy Equipment, etc., co organized by Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone and Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and supported by the Inner Mongolia Institute of Quality and Standardization and the Mongolian Commercial Bank. Yang Jin, Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government, and An Runsheng, Vice Chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Autonomous Region Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the event and delivered speeches.

Relevant departments from the autonomous region government, national hydrogen energy industry enterprises, financial institutions, etc. gathered in Hohhot. Multiple hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing enterprises from across the country participated in the equipment exhibition, and 5 hydrogen energy projects were signed at the conference, with a total signing amount of 18.5 billion yuan.
