7Exhibition matters

（1） Exhibitors: This exhibition will attract exhibitors and businesses across the industry nationwide. Any educational equipment enterprise that has been registered with the industry and commerce, operates legally, and produces and operates according to effective standards, can apply to participate in the exhibition.

（2） Exhibition registration: Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Application Form for the 22nd Guangdong Education Equipment Exhibition", stamp it, contact the exhibition staff, send it to our company via WeChat or email, and prepare for the exhibition. Any other matters not covered will be notified separately.

（3） Booth configuration: Standard booth: one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights, three 2.45m high enclosures, and one 220V/5A power outlet. Bare space booth: No exhibition equipment, specially designed with a height limit of 4.5m.

（4） Booth price:

1. Standard booth: 9m ²/piece (3m × 3m), 4500 yuan/piece.

2. Special booth: 9m ² per booth, minimum order for 4 booths (36m ²), 5000 yuan per booth.

（5） Booth Usage:

1. The booth is only for the exhibition use of participating companies and is strictly prohibited from being transferred to third parties without authorization. Once discovered, the organizing committee has the right to seal the booth and cancel its participation qualification.

2. All activities conducted by exhibiting companies and their partners at the exhibition site must comply with laws and regulations. Any penalties and compensation responsibilities defined by laws and regulations shall be borne by the exhibiting companies themselves.

8、 Precautions

（1） Personal remittances are not accepted, and participating companies must make remittances in the name of their respective units.

（2） Exhibitors who fail to pay the fees on time will not be allocated booths.

（3） According to the "Guidelines for Intellectual Property Protection at Exhibitions" issued by the Ministry of Commerce in 2022, if any exhibited product involves intellectual property infringement, once confirmed, the organizing committee has the right to order it to terminate the display.
