1、 Conference Introduction

The conference anchors the "Five Strategic Positions" assigned to Xinjiang by the state, actively serves the construction of the "Nine Major Industrial Clusters" in the autonomous region, continuously enhances the support and contribution of Xinjiang's modern mining and energy economy to ensuring national energy security, promotes the transformation of Xinjiang's resource advantages represented by energy and mineral resources into economic advantages, and strengthens resource and production capacity cooperation with Central Asian countries.
