Matters needing attention
Carefully fill in all the contents of the application form, make sure the contents are detailed and effective, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee after affixing the official seal. After the booth application is accepted, the organizer will confirm your application by fax or email.
Exhibitors are required to pay the exhibition fee within five working days after receiving the booth confirmation. The reserved booth without paying the exhibition fee will not be retained.
After receiving the exhibitor's participation fee, the organizer shall prepare invitation letter, admission certificate and public promotion for the exhibitor before the opening of the exhibition. If the exhibitor withdraws halfway, it shall be deemed as unilateral breach of contract by the exhibitor, and the exhibition fee paid shall not be refunded.
