In the context of the dual carbon policy, various regions across the country are making frequent moves in the layout of the hydrogen energy industry. As a major energy province in western China, Shaanxi has rich resource advantages, complete industrial support, unique application scenarios, and strong scientific and educational foundations in developing the hydrogen energy industry. It is becoming a key lever for the innovation and upgrading of the province's economic structure. In the "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of hydrogen energy industry in Shaanxi Province, it is explicitly mentioned that the province will make efforts to build a hydrogen energy industry cluster with a scale of 100 billion yuan or more, and achieve a total industrial chain scale of over 100 billion yuan by 2025.

To accelerate the layout of the hydrogen energy industry in the western region, the 2024 Western International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Expo will be grandly held from December 5-7, 2024 at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.
