1、 Exhibition Introduction

The Asia VR&AR Expo is hosted by Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group, hosted by Guangzhou Hongwei Digital Vision Exhibition Co., Ltd., and supported by multiple associations, media, and enterprises. Regularly held from May 10th to 12th every year at the China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. It is one of the influential professional exhibition and trade platforms in the fields of metaverse VR/AR/MR/XR both domestically and internationally.

On May 10-12, 2023, the 7th Asian VR&AR Expo, which lasted for 3 days, was successfully held in Zone A of the Guangzhou Canton Fair with the theme of "Boundless, Beyond, and Symbiosis". The total exhibition area of this expo is 20000 square meters, with 300 exhibitors, attracting over 55000 professional visitors to the site to negotiate procurement and seek business opportunities. At the same time, nearly ten forum meetings were held, including the "2023 World Metaverse Ecology Conference", "Yuanjing Roadshow | Enterprise Joint New Product Launch Conference", "VR/AR/MR/XR Terminal Equipment and Content Ecology Forum and Special Matchmaking Conference", and "Kuhejie" Metaverse Cross disciplinary Integration Ecological Forum and Guangzhou Virtual Reality Industry Association Investment and Financing Special Committee Preparation Conference ". As of now, VR&AR FAIR has successfully held seven sessions in Guangzhou. Over the past seven years, it has received more than 1200 exhibitors, served more than 170000 professional purchasers/visitors, held more than 60 special forums, salons, investment and financing matchmaking meetings, and is renowned in the domestic and international VRAR+industry.

The 8th Asian VR&AR Expo in 2024 will deepen industrial trade and cooperation in a more active and efficient manner, integrate diversified carriers, promote the integration of VR/AR related ecological enterprise supply chains with the real economy, accelerate the application and integration of VR/AR in multiple industries, and promote the layout of new economic tracks in the metaverse VR/AR/MR/XR, continuously providing exhibitors with opportunities to explore new markets; Seeking high-quality supply channels for distributors and agents, and providing procurement platforms for industry practitioners and operators; Provide a platform for learning theories and seeking technical support for the digital transformation of traditional industries and enterprises.

3、 Exhibition fees

Regular standard booth

Domestic enterprise (RMB):? 12800 yuan/piece, 3mX3m (three sided fence (2.5 meters high), one folding chair and two fluorescent lamps at the negotiation table, Chinese and English lintels, trash bin, carpet).

Overseas enterprises (USD): $2600 per unit

Luxury standard booth

Domestic enterprise (RMB):? 15800 yuan/piece, 3mX3m (including surround panel (4 meters high), panel light box spray, glass round table, aluminum alloy chair, long arm spotlight, and lockable consultation desk).

Overseas enterprises (USD): $3000 per unit

Domestic enterprises in the open space (RMB):? 1180 yuan/piece, with a minimum rent of 36 square meters, excluding any facilities. Exhibitors need to make their own arrangements.

Open space overseas enterprise (USD): $260/㎡, design and decoration, organized by the organizing committee? 28 yuan/charge for special decoration management fee.
