Exhibition Introduction:

Dairy has become a daily nutrient for the people over the years of development, and the development of the dairy industry is related to the health of the people. Asia has a population of nearly 4.2 billion, accounting for 60.5% of the world's population. From the perspective of international consumer demand, there will be a significant growth trend in consumer demand in emerging dairy countries in the Asian region. Major global dairy producers and dairy related enterprises are gradually shifting their business focus to the Asia Pacific market. In order to help enterprises connect the entire dairy industry chain and integrate the advantageous resources of dairy products, under the active promotion of Guangdong Dairy Association, Guangdong Economic Investment Promotion Association, Guangdong Association of Foreign Economic Cooperation Enterprises, and Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., the "Asian Dairy Expo (ADE)" has emerged. The theme of ADE is "Promoting Dairy Culture, Promoting Health, and Leading the Future".

The exhibition has three major advantages: full industry coverage, global radiation, and technological presentation. We will explore the experience and data accumulation of nearly 20 years of exhibition hosting, integrate upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain, such as dairy production enterprises, raw material production enterprises, processing equipment enterprises, investment institutions, embassies and consulates, agents, channel merchants, trade companies, retailers, industry associations, media and service institutions, to effectively achieve demand docking of the industrial chain.

Previous Review:

From May 15 to 17, 2023, the 2023 Asian Dairy Expo (hereinafter referred to as ADE2023) was grandly opened in Pazhou Exhibition Hall, Guangzhou, with new products from domestic enterprises such as Wen's, Yantang, Chenguang, Kashi, Guosheng, Xinjiang Mutuoren, Ruikang, Lingxin Aoke, Hechi, Huiwang, Zhenkunxing, Aopu, Jinyu, Puya, and other consulates general in Türkiye, New Zealand, Belgium, Greece, etc. On site displays covered animal dairy products such as milk, sheep milk, camel milk, fresh cheese, cheese, butter, animal feed, packaging and manufacturing machinery, animal disease detection reagents, animal vaccines, and other products related to various industrial chains in the dairy industry, including dairy products, animal husbandry, dairy packaging, and animal medicine.

At the exhibition, dairy companies showcased their strengths with new products, providing an exciting and unparalleled exhibition for the on-site audience, helping companies connect the entire dairy industry chain, integrate dairy product advantages and resources, and create a new era of digital trade.

Exhibition Vision:

The 3rd Asian Dairy Expo 2024 will be held grandly from May 30 to June 1, 2024 at the China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. The exhibition is expected to have an exhibition area of 20000 square meters, more than 300 exhibitors, 40 domestic and foreign industry organizations and foreign business institutions in China, 300 domestic and foreign industry media cooperation and promotion, and 30 cooperative media mainly composed of CCTV. Exhibition fees:

Standard booth for domestic enterprises (RMB) 13800 yuan/piece 3mX3m

Overseas enterprises (USD) $2800 per unit

Description: Three sided fence (2.5 meters high), one negotiation table, two folding chairs, two fluorescent lamps, Chinese and English lintels, trash bin, carpet;

Note: For domestic companies with double opening booths, an additional booth fee of RMB 500 per booth will be charged, while for foreign companies with double opening booths, an additional booth fee of USD 10% will be charged.

Open space booth:

For domestic enterprises (RMB), the minimum rent is 1380 yuan/m236m2,

Overseas enterprise (USD) $280/m2

Explanation: Excluding any facilities, exhibitors are required to design and decorate themselves. The organizing committee will charge a special decoration management fee of RMB 50/m2.


Participation Procedures

1. After the exhibitor confirms the exhibition, please confirm the booth location, fill in the Exhibition Application Form in detail, affix the official seal, copy the copy of the Business License, affix the official seal, and scan it to the organizing committee

2. After exhibitors register, participating companies are required to make a remittance within five working days. Please send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee (see the exhibition application form for the remittance account). If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee will not retain the booth;

3. After the organizing committee confirms the exhibitor's booth, they will send an "Exhibitor Handbook" via email, which includes information related to exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental and service, advertising, and visa applications;

4. During the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue a unified invoice for exhibition fees.

5. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, pay first, and allocate first". But to ensure the overall effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.

1. Disinfected milk: Pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, formulated milk, and other disinfected milk (such as membrane filtration sterilization for non heat treatment sterilization, ultra-high pressure sterilization treatment, etc.);

4. Milk based infant formula milk powder: Milk based infant formula milk powder, milk based formula food for older infants and young children;


5. Supporting mechanical equipment: dairy processing machinery, filling and packaging machinery, transportation equipment, fluid equipment (valves, fittings, pumps), production water and sewage treatment equipment, inkjet printers, coding machines, testing instruments, and product traceability systems;
