Participation Procedures
1. Fill out the Exhibition Application and Contract Form carefully and stamp it with the official seal. Fax or mail it to the organizing committee.
2. After receiving confirmation from the organizing committee, the exhibition fees should be wired or paid to the committee within one week. After the funds are remitted, please fax the remittance receipt to the organizing committee for verification.
3. After receiving the exhibitor's exhibition fees, the organizing committee will mail the invoice and "Exhibition Guide" to the exhibitor.
