Technical exchange
During the exhibition, the exhibition organizing committee will assist domestic and foreign exhibitors in organizing multiple technical exchange lectures in the conference room of the exhibition hall. The content will be determined by the enterprises themselves, with 100-160 professional listeners for each lecture, invited by the enterprises themselves, and organized with the assistance of the organizing committee. The lecture topic, main content, and the name of the speaker will be reported to the organizing committee before June 1, 2024. The number of technical exchange lectures is limited, and until full, each lecture will last for 25 minutes, with a cost of 10000 yuan per lecture.

Participation Procedures
1. Exhibitors, please fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. Within 5 working days after registration, the company will transfer the exhibition fees to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;
3. Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "application first, payment first, and allocation first". Co organizers can prioritize arrangements.
4. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition.
