In 2019, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a central budget investment of 1.56 billion yuan for water conservancy projects in Shaanxi Province, promoting the completion of water conservancy reform and development throughout the province; In 2020, Shaanxi Provincial Water Resources Department plans to complete a water conservancy investment of 36 billion yuan and implement the special plan of water conservancy cooperation for the construction of the "the Belt and Road"; On September 18th, at the symposium on ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin held in Xi'an, 10 provinces (regions) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reached a consensus on "collaborating to promote large-scale protection and governance, and building a happy river that benefits the people.".

The Xi'an International Pump and Valve Exhibition was held simultaneously with the 18th Xi'an International Water Exhibition, and has now become a large-scale pump and valve event in the northwest region; Regular exhibitions are held in Xi'an in the first half of each year. In 2021, the exhibition covers an area of 50000 square meters, bringing together 800 exhibitors and attracting 40000 professional visitors. It aims to build a platform for technological exchange, project investment, and trading along the Silk Road.

Professional audiences mainly come from nine provinces: Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Henan, Shandong, and Shanxi.

The layout specifications (140mm x 210mm), imported copperplate paper, four color precision printing, and the layout content are designed by the exhibitors themselves.

Exhibitors shall fill out the "Exhibition Contract Form" in detail and affix the official seal, and mail or email it to the organizing committee;

After registration, exhibitors must remit the relevant fees to the designated account of the organizing committee within 5 working days;

The booth arrangement follows the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first", and the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths;

Exhibition transportation, exhibition reception, accommodation and other matters will be separately sent by the organizing committee one month before the exhibition;
