Exhibition Introduction

The 35th Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo (HOTELEX 2027) will be grandly held from March 30th to April 2nd, 2027 at the Puxi Hongqiao @ National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai! Covering popular sectors such as catering equipment, desktop supplies, food and beverage, coffee and tea drinks, baked ice cream, light meals and fine wine, food machinery, food and catering packaging and machinery, chain franchising, etc., creating a more open and efficient communication space for global hotel and catering industry practitioners.
