ØExhibition Overview

Since its inception in 2000, the IE Expo China, held annually in Shanghai, has been a one-stop platform for showcasing and exchanging solutions for urban, industrial, and rural environmental pollution control. It is the flagship exhibition in Asia and the second largest professional environmental protection exhibition in the world, second only to the IFAT exhibition in Munich.

Adhering to the excellent quality and global resources of the global flagship environmental exhibition IFAT Munich, and with 22 years of industry accumulation in the Chinese environmental protection market, the China Environmental Expo has developed into a multifunctional and composite exhibition platform that integrates business negotiations, market expansion, brand marketing, resource integration, trend release, international cooperation, and capital docking. It is known as the benchmark of China's ecological environment industry.

With the proposal of the "dual carbon" goal, the boundaries of the ecological environment industry are constantly expanding. As a benchmark for China's environmental industry, the exhibition scale of the 23rd China Environmental Expo will be expanded to 200000 square meters. The 22nd China Environmental Protection Expo proudly closed on April 22, 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, with a display area of 180000 square meters, an increase of 20% from the previous year. It gathered 2157 well-known environmental protection enterprises to showcase environmental protection full industry chain solutions. The three-day exhibition received a total of 81957 professional visitors.
