Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Contract" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, fax or copy it, and send it to the conference organization office. Within 3 days from the application date, the exhibition fees should be remitted to the designated bank of the conference (booths that have not completed payment procedures within the specified time limit will not be retained). After receiving the exhibition fees, the organizing office of the conference will send or fax the "booth confirmation letter" to the participating units, and arrange the booth in the order of payment (deadline: April 13, 2024).

2. Exhibitors are requested to provide a brief introduction of their company or product (within 300 words), as well as two photos/images of new technologies, equipment, products or intended exhibits, to the conference organization office during registration, in order to facilitate timely pre exhibition promotion on relevant websites/exhibition reports.

3. Exhibits that require power, gas, or water, as well as special booth decoration, shall provide relevant information to the conference organization office before April 13th, so that the conference affairs team can assist exhibitors in making corresponding arrangements.
