1、 Preface

To promote the achievement of energy-saving and carbon reduction goals in the industrial sector, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the power industry towards green, low-carbon and high-quality direction, assist in the construction of green and low-carbon ecological civilization, focus on building a modern industrial system, and promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the power industry. Yantai City has fully established a new energy system that promotes the coordinated development of "nuclear, wind, solar, hydrogen, storage, and LNG", achieving multiple "firsts" such as the province's first nuclear power and first offshore wind power. In addition, Yantai City is accelerating the construction of the "four major ten million level" clean energy bases, including nuclear power, wind power, offshore photovoltaics, and LNG. It is expected that by around 2027, all offshore wind power projects with a total investment of 90 billion yuan will be completed and connected to the grid for power generation. We have scheduled to hold the "2026 Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Yantai Forum" and the "2026 Shandong International Power Equipment and Smart Grid Equipment Exhibition" at the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Yantai from September 15-17, 2026.

Multiple high-level academic forums and technical seminars will be held concurrently with the exhibition. To provide new ideas and inspirations for the future development of energy and electricity, focusing on hot topics related to energy and electricity.

Standard booth configuration: 9 square meters of exhibition space and carpet, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.

If the exhibiting company chooses a booth or a double opening booth, an additional 20% booth fee will be charged, and the conference fee will be 500 RMB per person (for catering, souvenirs, etc.).

5、 Exhibition Procedure

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid in full before August 10, 2026.

After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The transportation of exhibitor accommodation products and other matters will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".

6、 Journal and other advertisements

In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and purchasers during the conference, the conference catalogue will also be sent to domestic and foreign property owners and related distributors through the host organization.

7、 Event content of the conference

(Each session lasts for 90 minutes, and any time less than 90 minutes will be charged as one session)
