Exhibition Procedures
Fill out the exhibition application form, stamp it, and send it to the organizing committee of the conference via email or fax. Within five working days of submitting the exhibition application form, the exhibition fee (50% deposit or full payment) shall be wired to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first", and the remaining amount shall be paid before April 15, 2024. Otherwise, the organizing committee will consider the applicant to have abandoned the exhibition, cancelled their participation qualification and reserved booth.
