Total number of booths: The total exhibition area is 150000 square meters, with 7550 designed international standard booths;
Booth quotation: 1200 square meters per square meter. Standard booths cost 11000 yuan/piece, while non-standard booths cost 8000 yuan/piece (All standard booths with two openings will be charged an additional 1000 yuan per booth)
Discount: 9.6% off for bare land above 72 square meters (inclusive) ?
Over 108 square meters (including) of bare land, with a discount of 9.2% ?
Above 144 square meters (including) of bare land, 8.8% discount ?

[Exhibition Method]
1. Fill out the exhibition application and contract form, mail or fax it to the organizing unit;
2. Exhibitors should wire or pay 50% (advance payment) or the full amount of the exhibition fee to the organizing unit within 3 days after applying for a booth. The remaining amount should be paid before January 1, 2024. Booths that fail to pay the full amount on time will be automatically cancelled, and the booth deposit will not be refunded;
Exhibitors who register after December 1, 2023 must pay the exhibition fee in full in one go;
4. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to provide the bank remittance voucher and your company
Exhibitors can only retain their designated booth after paying 50% of the advance payment within the specified period;
6. After receiving the exhibition application and full booth fee, the organizing unit will send the "Exhibition Handbook" (attached with the "Booth Confirmation Form") to the exhibitors to confirm the booth. The Exhibition Handbook contains important information such as "Exhibition Receipt" and booth construction, exhibit transportation, and accommodation and reception details. Exhibitors are advised to read it carefully to understand various exhibition matters.
