1、 Preface

With the increasing attention of the country to energy and environmental issues, especially under the promotion of the "dual carbon" goal, the pace of China's energy clean transformation continues to accelerate, and a new type of power system with new energy as the main body is being constructed. This will drive the rapid development of the renewable energy market, including wind power generation. Shandong Province is one of the regions in China with abundant wind resources, and therefore has a significant advantage in wind power generation. In recent years, the industrialization and urbanization process in Shandong Province has accelerated, and the demand for electricity has gradually increased. Wind power has become the fastest-growing new energy industry in Shandong. With the continuous construction of new wind power projects, the installed capacity of wind power in Shandong continues to expand, and the wind power industry in Shandong has ushered in a historic development opportunity. According to the plan of Shandong Province, the focus will be on building large-scale wind farms in coastal areas and gradually expanding to shallow sea areas, constructing a number of offshore wind power projects. Therefore, the "2026 Shandong International Wind Energy Technology and Offshore Wind Power Equipment Exhibition" jointly organized by Shandong Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Yantai Municipal People's Government, China Machinery Industry Federation, China Electricity Council, China Energy Research Association, etc. is scheduled to be held from September 15-17, 2026 at the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Yantai. The theme of this exhibition is "Green Development and Low Carbon Future", which will focus on the cutting-edge technological development and market opportunities of global wind and offshore wind power; Create efficient communication and promote win-win cooperation. 4、 Exhibition fees

Standard booth fee (3m x 3m):

Domestic enterprises pay 15800 yuan per booth and exhibition period

Luxury special label (3m x 3m, including: inner color page, light box, Logo, Negotiation table and chairs):

Domestic enterprises 21800 yuan/booth, exhibition period

Basic price for vacant land (starting from 36 square meters):

Domestic enterprises priced at 1600 yuan/square meter, with an extension period

Standard booth configuration: 9 square meters of exhibition space and carpet, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.

Luxury special booth configuration: In addition to the standard booth configuration, it includes a booth light box, company logo, one glass round table, three chairs, and a pre conference brochure (worth 8000 yuan).

The cost of bare space includes: exhibition venue, security, and cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).

5、 Exhibition Procedure

Fill out the 'Exhibition Application Form', stamp it, and mail or send an electronic version via WeChat to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid before August 10, 2026.

After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The transportation of exhibitor accommodation products and other matters will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".

6、 Journal and other advertisements

In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and buyers during the exhibition, the conference catalogue will also be sent to domestic and foreign property owners and related distribution units through the host organization.
