Founded in 2000, China International Education Exhibition is hosted by China Association for International Education Exchange. It is held once a year in autumn and travels to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and other places.

As an example exhibition, the exhibition "leads" the domestic and international education exhibition with the characteristics of large scale, wide influence, complete content, good brand and sufficient popularity. Among them, more than 20 national exhibition groups are its biggest feature every year. It is the exhibition with the largest number of national exhibition groups in similar domestic exhibitions, which not only ensures the regularity and authority of its participating schools, but also fully displays the educational image and strength of various countries; Secondly, the annual host guest country mechanism has also become an important form to guide students to diversify. The mechanism fully focuses and shows the cultural experience, educational resources and advantageous colleges and universities of the "host guest country"; Third, there are more than 600 participating institutions each year, with nearly 2000 representatives of overseas institutions from more than 40 countries and regions participating, attracting about 60000 visitors from all over the country; Fourth, the exhibition travels to four cities every year. While providing opportunities for students everywhere to talk about overseas high-quality educational resources, it also provides opportunities for international educational exchange workers, college leaders, experts and scholars, representatives of various institutions at all levels and business circles to have face-to-face exchanges and cooperation with overseas colleges and institutions without going abroad.

During the exhibition, many overseas educational institutions, the education offices of embassies and consulates and well-known colleges and universities also organized a number of special lectures on studying abroad, focusing on the promotion of the formal institutions, visa requirements, education quality certification system and high-quality international courses in their countries. "Foreign professor" answers questions and dispels doubts on site. The audience can contact face-to-face, with detailed and practical information. These special lectures on studying abroad will enable the audience to have access to the first-hand dynamic information of studying abroad, master the necessary policies, regulations and application skills, and form a real interaction between the audience and representatives of colleges and universities.
